Go to the Ant is a collection of Proverbs in song for the family. God's wisdom can now be musically rooted in hearts and minds through the scripture-based melodies. Songs include: Got to the Ant, I Will Sing, The Tongue, The School of the Fool, Listen My Son, Out of the Mouths of Children, Seven Awful Things, Isabel is a Pig, Talk to Me, and Trust in the Lord. Recommended for ages 2 to 8.

This page is full of Free Resources you can use for
making your
Honeybee Lapbook.  I've also included
custom Minibooks that we made for our Honeybee
Lapbook. For our Honeybee Lapbook we wanted to
learn a few different things about butterflies.  You can
come up with your own objectives for the study, but
here are a couple of ideas....
  • Where do Grasshoppers live?
  • What is the life cycle of a
    Grasshopper?
  • What are some relatives of the
    Grasshopper?
Honeybee Craft
We got the idea for this craft from
DLTK
combining their footprint and
handprint craft to make our own cute
little Honeybee. The middle part is a
footprint, and the wings are
handprints. We added stripes, a
head, face, and antennae. The
children drew on the faces

Honeybee Headband
Honeybee Headband
We stapled craft foam together
for the band, and used gold
craft wire and two pom-poms
for the little balls at the end. The
kids loved wearing these!
There are sooooooo many Honeybee
resource for lapbook already, that it
would have been redundant to spend
time making more.  So most of our
resources for our Honey Bee Lapbook,
we picked up from
Homeschool Share.
Danielle's Place also has a cute little
Bug Buddies Studies, for younger
children with a Christian theme of
"Created for a purpose"  It's really cute
and worth checking out!
