You can reproduce this simple craft with
construction paper. Cut out stripes and stars and
help your child recreate the American Flag. This
would make a great cover for your lapbook too!
Fourth of July Lapbook Photos

Here is a photo of our Preschool Fourth of July
lapbook.  All the files you need to make this
lapbook are featured below, as well as some
additional Elementary aged lapbook printables as
well.  We used a bit of leftover scrapbooking paper
to add a bit of decoration to the folder, and since
my children were so young, I put in a practice tying
 ribbon in the middle.

Fourth of July Songs, Poetry, and Bible Verse
Here are some different Independence day songs,
poetry, and a bible verse from Leviticus.  These work
great for filling in empty spaces, or store them in a
pocket.  
Printable Flag Shapebook
This is a flag shapebook with
lined pages for children to
write in some basic facts
about the American Flag.
Counting Stars, Bible Verse, & Declaration
Here is another bible verse printable, a set of 50 stars,
and the beginning sentence of the Declaration of
Independence.
Fourth of July Counting & Coloring
Here is a little Fact Square stating that the flag has 13
stripes.  There is also a place for children to draw in a
picture or glue a picture of their favorite fireworks.
God Bless America Decorative Star
There is also a large verstion of the "God Bless
America" star for decorating the lapbook.
We did these crafts last year and they were
really easy and made some great classroom
